Baked cinnamon apples
A recreation of a classic apple pie, except this recipe is refined sugar free, low carb, no processed or artificial ingredient, and so delicious!
Ingredients: gala apples, cinnamon, brown sugar monk fruit, cottage cheese
Directions: Preheat the oven to 425°F. Slice the apples and remove the rind. In a glass oven-safe dish, place the apples, a large scoop of cottage cheese, a large scoop of brown sugar monk fruit (depending how sweet you like it, I like it on the sweeter side!), and a dash of cinnamon. Slightly mix the brown sugar with the cottage cheese, then bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool, and enjoy!
Serve on top of toast, drizzle alittle honey, or simply enjoy on it’s own!
